The boardwalk is one of the most attractive places to live in the Atlantic City area. The Ritz Condominiums, located between Iowa Avenue and S California Avenue on the Boardwalk, hold a lot of historical value to the city dating back to the 1920’s when the building was first opened as a hotel. Through all of the changes it is now an amazing place to call home. Immediately outside of the building you’ll find several entrances to the beach as well as the Tropicana located next door. All amenities, including a full size indoor swimming pool and a fitness center, are available to renters and owners.
